Shipping inside United States

Bright smile veneers provides only free shipping in the United States of America.

Free shipping in the United States including only shipments from Bright smile veneers office to the customer (impression kit and veneers), our customer will send back his impression kit on his own expenses.

Once the order was made, Bright Smile Veneers sends you the impression kit within 3-5 business days from the date the order was made.

When the customer takes the impressions for himself/herself at home, he/she should send us the impression to our office at his own expenses. Please remember that once you take impressions, send them as fast as possible because the mixed impressions will last 14 days only before starting dimensional changes. When you Post the self-impression kit back to us yourself and please provide us with package details and tracking number to ensure that your self-impression kit get delivered to us safely.

Your veneers will be delivered after 21 business days from the day we receive back your impressions.

If the Customer decided to cancel the order before manufacturing of the veneers or we decided to terminate the contract due to our terms and conditions, shipping fees will be deducted from the order fees and the customer has no right to ask for shipping fees claiming that it was for free.

Shipping is for free as long as the order is completed, if the order was cancelled due to any reason, then customer has to pay for the shipping fees.

Shipping outside United States

If a customer outside the united states made an order then he/she has to pay for the shipment fees from the states to the country the customer located in which ranges from 100-300$ according to his/her location.

-We are not responsible for out of control reasons in shipping process such as weather. We will report, follow your packages and try to minimize the delay.

-We will contact you if you didn’t provide full address or you didn’t pick up your package for any reason, as your package may charge for storage costs or any other costs from Courier.

Delay or lost Shipment

Courier company may have delay for delivering our impression kits or veneers due to Force majeure .


Bright Smile Veneers will always send you tracking number for your package once it is generated and we will follow up your package day by day .


Bright Smile Veneers will send you an email with each update of your package .


Bright Smile Veneers will notify all customers with the delivery day and It is customer’s responsibility to receive the package and follow up his/her mail box so the package will not be lost .


Unfortunately , If the tracking says that the package is delivered to the customer and the customer didn’t receive the Veneers or the Impressions kit , it will not be Bright Smile Veneers issue and if the customer ask for new impression or Veneers he /she will have to pay Extra fees .

BSV has the right to modify, add or delete any of the rules, terms, conditions, or benefits, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may reduce (or increase) the value of the website offers or an individual’s benefits. If we change the policy in a manner that materially impacts your Shipment policy or impression kits policy we will provide additional notice to you. We will post Date of last update to our Shipping and impression kits policy on our website by placing a prominent notice on our site.
